Meolea Brand Guidelines & Asset Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of logos, wordmarks, brand colors, visual assets, and other materials (“Brand Assets”) provided by Meolea.

By downloading or using any Meolea Brand Assets, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Ownership

All Meolea Brand Assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Meolea and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Use of the Brand Assets does not grant you ownership, trademark rights, or any other rights beyond the limited license described below.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Meolea Brand Assets only for:

• Referring to Meolea in articles, press coverage, or reviews
• Identifying Meolea as a partner, integration, or service provider
• Linking to Meolea’s website
• Approved marketing or promotional use with prior written consent

Use must be:

• Accurate
• Non-misleading
• Respectful
• Clearly attributable to Meolea

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Modify, distort, recolor, animate, or alter the logos or wordmarks
• Use the Brand Assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission
• Use the Brand Assets in connection with illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Incorporate the Brand Assets into your own brand, logo, product name, domain name, or social media handle
• Use the Brand Assets in paid advertising without prior written approval

Do not place the logo on busy backgrounds, stretch it, add effects, or combine it with other logos unless explicitly approved.

4. Brand Integrity

Brand colors, typography, and visual guidelines must not be altered in a way that misrepresents Meolea’s identity.

When in doubt, use the assets exactly as provided.

5. Revocation

Meolea reserves the right to revoke permission to use its Brand Assets at any time and for any reason.

Upon request, you must promptly cease use of the Brand Assets.

6. No Warranty

Brand Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
