The timing of your charge depends on whether you are:
- Starting a free trial
- Beginning a paid subscription
- Renewing an existing subscription
You can always view your billing information and next charge date in your account settings.
If you are on a free trial #
If you started with a free trial:
- You will not be charged immediately
- Billing begins automatically when the trial period ends
- The exact end date of your trial is displayed in your account
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

If you start a paid subscription without a trial #
If your subscription does not include a trial period:
- You are charged at the time you confirm your subscription
- The next charge will occur at the beginning of the next billing cycle
Your billing cycle (monthly or yearly) depends on the plan you selected.
Subscription renewals #
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
You will be charged:
- On the renewal date shown in your account
- Using your saved payment method
You can cancel at any time before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.

Where can I see my next billing date? #
To check your next billing date:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account
- Select Subscription & Billing
There you will find:
- Your current plan
- The renewal date
- Your billing history
What if my payment fails? #
If a payment attempt fails:
- We may retry the payment automatically
- You will be notified
- You can update your payment method in your account settings

Will I receive a receipt? #
Yes.
After each successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the billing details.
