When will I be charged?

The timing of your charge depends on whether you are:

  • Starting a free trial
  • Beginning a paid subscription
  • Renewing an existing subscription

You can always view your billing information and next charge date in your account settings.

If you are on a free trial #

If you started with a free trial:

  • You will not be charged immediately
  • Billing begins automatically when the trial period ends
  • The exact end date of your trial is displayed in your account

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

If you start a paid subscription without a trial #

If your subscription does not include a trial period:

  • You are charged at the time you confirm your subscription
  • The next charge will occur at the beginning of the next billing cycle

Your billing cycle (monthly or yearly) depends on the plan you selected.

Subscription renewals #

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

You will be charged:

  • On the renewal date shown in your account
  • Using your saved payment method

You can cancel at any time before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.

Where can I see my next billing date? #

To check your next billing date:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account
  3. Select Subscription & Billing

There you will find:

  • Your current plan
  • The renewal date
  • Your billing history

What if my payment fails? #

If a payment attempt fails:

  • We may retry the payment automatically
  • You will be notified
  • You can update your payment method in your account settings

Will I receive a receipt? #

Yes.

After each successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the billing details.

Need help? #

If you are unsure about a specific charge, please contact support and include:

  • The email address linked to your account
  • The date of the charge
