After creating your Meolea account, we send you a verification email to activate your account.
If you t didn’t receive the verification email, don’t worry. In most cases, this can be resolved within a few minutes.
Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder #
Verification emails sometimes end up in:
- Spam
- Junk
- Promotions (Gmail)
- Other filtered inbox folders
Search your inbox for:
“Meolea”
If you find the email, mark it as “Not spam” to ensure future emails arrive correctly.
Step 2: Make sure you entered the correct email address #
If you accidentally entered the wrong email address during registration, the verification email will not reach you.
Try signing up again with the correct email address.
Step 3: Wait a few minutes #
Email delivery can occasionally take a few minutes depending on your provider.
If you still haven’t received anything after 10–15 minutes, continue with the next step.
Step 4: Request a new verification email #
On the login page, try signing in again.
You will see the option to resend the verification email.
Click “Resend verification email” and check your inbox again.
Step 5: Check company or work email restrictions #
If you are using a company or work email address, your organization’s firewall may block automated emails.
If possible, try registering with a private email address (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
