You can cancel your Meolea subscription at any time directly from your account settings.
There are no cancellation fees.
Step 1: Open your account settings #
- Log in to your Meolea account.
- Go to Account.
- Select Subscription & Billing.
There you will see your current plan and billing information.
Step 2: Select “Cancel subscription” #
Click Cancel subscription.
For security reasons, you may be asked to confirm your decision.
Once confirmed, your subscription will be marked as canceled.
What happens after I cancel? #
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You can continue using all features during this time
- No further charges will occur

Can I cancel during the free trial? #
Yes.
If you cancel before the trial ends:
- You will not be charged
- Your access will continue until the trial period expires

Will my data be deleted? #
No.
Canceling your subscription does not delete your account or your data.
If you want to permanently remove your data, you must delete your account separately.

Can I reactivate my subscription later? #
Yes.
As long as your account has not been permanently deleted, you can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Your stored data will remain available.
Didn’t receive confirmation? #
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
