When you cancel your Meolea subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
After that, your access changes depending on your account status.
Will I lose access immediately? #
No.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your paid billing period
- You can continue using all features during this time
- No further charges will occur
You can see the exact end date of your subscription in your account settings.
What happens when the billing period ends? #
Once your current billing period expires:
- Your paid subscription ends
- Access to premium features may be restricted
- Your account is no longer actively subscribed
Your stored data is not automatically deleted when you cancel.
Is my data deleted automatically? #
No.
Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or your data.
Your information remains stored according to our data retention policies.
If you want to permanently remove your data, you must delete your account.

Can I reactivate my subscription later? #
Yes.
As long as your account has not been permanently deleted, you can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Your previously stored data will remain available.
What happens to my legacy contact setup? #
If your subscription ends:
- Access to certain features related to legacy workflows may be limited
- Your existing configurations remain stored in your account
For full functionality, an active subscription may be required.
Will I receive confirmation? #
Yes.
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
This email confirms:
- That your subscription will not renew
- The date when access changes
