You can permanently delete your Meolea account at any time from your account settings.
Please note that account deletion is irreversible.
Once your account is deleted, your access and stored data will no longer be available.
Step 1: Open your account settings #
- Log in to your Meolea account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Privacy & Data (or similar section depending on your interface).
Step 2: Choose “Delete account” #
Click on Delete account permanently.
For security reasons, you may be asked to:
- Confirm your password
- Confirm your decision
- Acknowledge that deletion cannot be undone
What happens when I delete my account? #
When your account is permanently deleted:
- Your access to Meolea ends immediately
- Your stored data is removed according to our data deletion policy
- Your active subscription (if any) is canceled
- Billing stops
Deletion cannot be reversed.
If you are unsure, you may consider canceling your subscription instead of deleting your account.

What happens to my data? #
We delete your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Certain information may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes for a limited time, as required by law.

Can I recover my account later? #
No.
Once deletion is confirmed and processed, your account and data cannot be restored.
If you wish to use Meolea again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
