You can update your payment method at any time from your account settings.
This is useful if:
- Your card has expired
- You received a new credit card
- You want to switch to another payment method
- A payment attempt has failed
Step 1: Open your account settings #
- Log in to your Meolea account.
- Go to Account.
- Select Subscription & Billing.
There you will see your current plan and payment details.
Step 2: Change your payment method #
Click Update payment method.
You will be securely redirected to our payment provider to:
- Enter new card details
- Switch payment methods (if available in your region)
- Confirm the update
Your payment information is processed securely by our payment provider. Meolea does not store your full card details.
When will the new payment method be used? #
Your updated payment method will be used for:
- The next scheduled billing cycle
- Any outstanding unpaid invoices
If your previous payment failed, updating your payment method may automatically retry the payment.
What if my payment keeps failing? #
If your payment fails again:
- Check that your card is valid and not expired
- Ensure sufficient funds are available
- Contact your bank if necessary
You can also contact our support team if the issue persists.
Is my payment information secure? #
Yes.
All payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider. Meolea does not store sensitive payment data such as full credit card numbers.
